Terms and conditions of use

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products on the Olivo.pro website, owned by Olivo Srl.

Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

By placing an order through Olivo.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept these terms and conditions of sale. Olivo Srl reserves the right to update or modify the conditions at any time by publishing the new version on the site. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

Products and Availability

All products offered on the site are described in detail in the relevant data sheets. Product images are purely illustrative and may not correspond exactly to the actual product. Product availability is updated in real time, but cannot be guaranteed until the order is processed. In case of non-fulfillment of the order by Olivo.pro due to unavailability, even temporary, of the raw material necessary for the production of the requested carpets, the staff in charge will inform the customer of the cancellation of the order and, within 7/10 working days after receipt of payment, to the refund of the price already paid for the purchase.

Prices and Methods of Payment

Prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT. The accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal (also in installments without interest) and Bank Transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, order processing will start from the date of payment crediting.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard orders: orders for products in stock are processed and entrusted to the courier within 24/48 hours after payment is credited, with expected delivery within 24-48 hours in Italy and 4-5 working days for the European countries indicated.

Custom orders: for custom rugs, production and delivery time is 15-20 business days.

Shipping costs: shipping is free for Italy, while for foreign countries there may be additional costs depending on the number of rugs, the geographical area of reference and the presence of customs. Olivo Srl is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events, such as adverse weather conditions.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customized products do not provide for returns.

Warranty and Defective Products

Our custom rugs go through strict quality control before they can be shipped; therefore, we try to reduce the presence of structural defects and graphic errors to zero. If a problem is found, you may contact us at commerciale@olivo.pro attaching a description of the defect found and visual material (photos and videos), which we will forward to the appropriate office.

Intellectual Property

All contents of the site, including text, images, logos and graphics, are the exclusive property of Olivo Srl and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Data Protection.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Padua will have exclusive jurisdiction.
