Thanks to our selection of 172 colors, we didn’t need to rely on Pantone colors, which not only saved time—since we didn’t have to set up the machinery for special requests—but also saved money, since Pantone colors incur an extra charge.
Once the colors were selected, we moved on to the graphic design draft, which was immediately accepted with enthusiasm! Since this was a custom foot mat with specific requirements, we sought a second opinion from our production department, gaining additional assurance that the mat would turn out well. The constant collaboration between the sales department, the graphic design department, and the production department is what allows us to reassure customers about the final result.
Quality Control for Custom Rugs with Logos
Every custom doormat we produce undergoes a thorough quality control inspection before being shipped to the end customer. Every detail is meticulously examined: colors, print, edges, dimensions, and so on.
If the rug exceeds a +/- 3% tolerance in size or color, the quality control team is required to block its shipment.
What does this mean?
During production using a mechanical loom with HD digital printing, the machinery may produce slightly different results depending on factors such as weather, temperature, variations in yarn, combinations of multiple colors, etc., but these variations must not exceed a 3% difference from what was agreed upon and designed. This tolerance applies to all textile production, regardless of the product or its manufacturer.
