The client contacted us directly via email, sending all the technical specifications necessary for manufacturing the product. Before beginning full-scale production, a single sample was produced so that the company could conduct tests and evaluations directly on-site. This phase was crucial for validating the final result and ensuring that the mat met all expectations.
