IS IT POSSIBLE TO CUSTOMIsE THE MEASURES?

Of course, just communicate the necessary measures so that we can send you a dedicated quotation. Various standard and custom sizes are available for each products

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING AN INSCRIPTION OR THE LOGO OF MY BUSINESS?

Of course: just send the logo in vector or the writing with the desired font and our designers will proceed with the elaboration of the eventual project to show you how the doormat will be made. This option is valid for our Luxury Plus, Outside and Flash qualities.

 

CAN I CHOOSE THE COLORS?

Yes, you can choose from the various colors available that you find in the catalogue for each product we offer.

 

CAN I WASH IT?

Almost all of our products are washable. In particular, the Luxury Plus, Solid an Outside doormats can also be washed in the washing machine .

 

CAN PARTICULAR SHAPES BE MADE?

This is an option for customised doormats, they can be made in a circular and semicircular form. In case there is a need for particular shapes, a rectangular doormat will be provided that you can simply trim with a cutter and adapt to the desired shape.

 

CAN THE DOORMAT BE MADE WITHOUT A BORDER?

This is an option for customised doormats. This solution is mainly used when the doormat is to be embedded in the floor or to be inserted in a well-defined space.

 

WHAT IS THE THICKNESS OF THE DOORMAT?

Each product has a different thickness, indicated on its catalogue page.

 

CAN IT BE RECESSED INTO THE FLOOR?

Yes, just communicate it in advance: the doormat will be made without the rubber edge and slightly bigger by a few centimeters so that it can then be adapted to the installation.
In the event that the recess is deeper than 6/7mm, we recommend inserting a MDF wooden support to avoid the formation of a dangerous step.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

For Luxury Plus and Solid qualities times are of 15/20 days; for Outside 20/25 days; for Flash quality 30/40 days. Transportation times exluded
The times are intended from the moment of payment (anticipated)

 

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Since our products are customised, they require advance payment, which can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

 

ANY EXTRA FEE?

No, delivery costs, logo processing and assistance are already included in our quotes.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE A SAMPLE BEFORE PURCHASING THE CARPET?

In special cases it is possible to request a qualitative sample or the visit of our agent with samples. Samples kit are available for dealers.
